Some of our programs are designed to assist persons with a disability to become or remain independent in their job, in their home, and in the community.
Other programs are offered with the goal of helping frail seniors to stay in their own homes rather than live in more restrictive settings.
Finally, we offer a program that is designed to give families the assistance and guidance they need in order to provide a safe and nurturing environment for their children.
We serve all persons without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, or sexual orientation.
Northwoods currently offers services to people who are residents of Columbia, Sauk, Marquette, Dodge, Adams, and Juneau Counties in South Central Wisconsin.
