Endowment Fund and Donations

Financial Contributions

Your generous cash donation will help Northwoods to carry on its mission of service.  As a nonprofit, 501(c)3 corporation, all donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

You may earmark donations for the Area of Greatest Need or you may contribute to the Northwoods Endowment Fund.

Donations to the Area of Greatest Need:  Money will be used to meet budgetary shortfalls or to purchase equipment that is otherwise not affordable.

Donations to the Northwoods Endowment Fund:  Money will be invested to yield interest. Each year, the interest will be taken from the fund to help meet budgetary shortfalls. The principle in the fund will never be spent so that it will continue to help provide services far into the future.  

Cash or Checks:  Make checks payable to Northwoods Inc. of Wisconsin.   Mail donations to:  Northwoods Inc. of Wisconsin, P.O. Box 357, Portage, WI 53901-0357.   

All Major Credit Cards:   You may make a donation with your Mastercard, VISA, Discover, or American Express Card by calling directly to Northwoods at 608-742-7114 between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, Central Time.

PayPal:  We also accept donations through PayPal.  PayPal is free. To donate, you can use your current PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, setting one up is easy and your transactions through PayPal are safe. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
